Program Description

This messaging program (Program Name: AKRIVA INC. Updates) sends appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and customer support communications to customers who have booked an appointment with AKRIVA INC. through our website at akrivagrowth.com or via our online scheduling forms and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS messages. Opt-in is collected via web forms with dedicated express consent checkboxes. Message frequency varies based on your service interaction and appointment schedule.

Cancellation & Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the number from which you receive messages. Upon texting "STOP," we will send a final confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To opt back in, sign up again through our website forms or booking calendar, and we will resume sending SMS notifications to you.
